While I would never tell any fan to stop supporting your team, I would suggest that if all the LNS enquiry come up with is a wee fine then cancel your sky sports package for good! Anything less than the 3-0 reversal for every game that had illegally registered players plus a punishment to go along with that and that’s what I’ll be doing. At least this way i will still support my team(going to games, t-shirt ect.) but I will still be punishing them in the long run for not standing up and doing the right thing in the first place by denying all Scottish football teams the money honeypot of Sky TV!

Enough is enough
Page 54, is that saying there are £12,960,000 million shares left to buy? With £15.9mil in loans already that’s a big loss even if they swap loans for shares, still to add on any loans from July onwards! Might not be reading that right though.

Fair enough, but why not bring up his challenge against Moult for retrospective punishment too? Just because he has flailing arm syndrome in his history doesn’t mean one should be overlooked more than another persons challenge. Both were not intentional in my opinion that’s why the ref let it go.(though he was bloody incompetent in not stopping the game for head injury in both incidents!)

In terms of physicality in the game, if Bowman and Alves do not receive retrospective bans there is a case for every other club refusing to comply with the process. We are told video evidence is all that’s needed, and it’s there in both cases.’
The incident is around 3.35. I’ve watched it several times now and while I do think his arms are flailing a bit I don’t see any intent to hit the player. His eyes are fully on the ball all the time, just the same as the incident with Moult and his injury. No retrospective for me, Alves certainly. My view of it anyway.

Small Price to Pay?
‘…The outcome of this meeting was that the agent subsequently offered that Mark, David and Frank would resign with immediate effect without compensation as long as the Club, in turn, agreed to waive compensation from any new Club that they signed for…’
Is that last bit not important? the 3 would resign if the club waived compensation for any ‘NEW CLUB THEY SIGNED FOR’. They didn’t sign for any new club so there was no reason to hand in their resignations. Is it just me or has King just shot himself in the foot here? (I know nothing about contract law just interpreting how I see it)
