Ranchfranco I take your point @08:15

I have no issue nor axe to grind with any journalist preferring one team to another – infact let them get it off their chest a la Graeme Spiers. By doing so, it would erradicate the natural bias that seeps through the column inches they churn out time and again.

However, with respect to the garb that Wilson (of The Herald) continues to spew, I find it disappointing that it continues to make it’s way to the print room and can only hope that those ‘photographs’ he has of the sports editor are discovered and destroyed as early as possible.

His recent report on sevco v East Fife gushed of his love of Sally and Co and how their resolve would overcome the ‘setbacks the summer had brought them’. It’s time this guy realised they brought the ‘setbacks’ on themselves, aided and abetted by a SMM, who happily ignored the goings on down Govan way and wilfully misled their entire readership whilst they worshipped at the feet of SDM.

This is the same guy that went ‘on the record’ on live television stating he had received ‘intelligence’ on Sevco that they would be voted back into the SPL.

As I say, I have no issue what colour his scarf nor which ground he draws his inspiration, but for Pete’s sake man, show your colours and be done! Same applies to the rest of them, then we can cut to the chase and perhaps welcome him and his cronies to the debate….on an even playing field.

Apparently, Ann Budge, Les Gray, James McMahon, Steve Brown, Tim Keyes, Billy Bowie, David Beattie, Peter Lawwell, Roy MacGregor and Rod Petrie have all volunteered to allow TRFC to speak to their management team if they so wish……..without fear or concomitant.

My humble and rare opinion.
It would seem that there is some common ground between the Firm, old, new, reconstituted, call it as you believe.
Jackson has peddled so much hand fed, prophylactic gruel in his career that both old and new see it for what it is. A tattered ‘stenographer’ penning shorthand, racist of recent, lyrics sung to him by a largesse nondescript of subzero level5.
It’s time to sing the chorus and join the forces, no matter how unbalanced and wipe this guy out of the MSM.
Contemplate how simply and dastardly Spiers (Graham) was removed from his post for daring to type openly and honestly.
Like the Magic Hat, Pedro is being sent for a Burton. No doubt bereft of notice and compensation.
Pedro is not the headline. Jackson is like ‘a sweaty octopus trying to unhook a bra. A bit like watching John Leslie at work’.
No more gruel please sir.

Lawwell ” I’m a slow walker, but I never walk alone’.
Regan “Progress is made by lazy men trying to find easier ways to do something.”
Budge –  “Personality, I mean that’s what counts, right? That’s what keeps a relationship going through the years”.
Milne – “Wanna buy a manager”?
Apologies for all my plagiarism. But to quote the most repugnant man on earth…
“When you are wronged repeatedly, the worst thing you can do is continue taking it–fight back! You know, it really doesn`t matter what the media write as long as you`ve got a young and beautiful piece of ass.”
As I said in my last post… let’s get back to the future.

Celtic’s Champions League windfall is a bonus for Scottish football, not a handicap
I lurk. A lot. To be fair, I’ve contributed little and next to nothing of late. Mostly a consequence of the staleness of the debate. In my humble opinion, the new club, old club, past club, present club, future wellbeing of the new club and stewardship of it is lost. That’s not to say we should adopt a laissez-faire approach. On the contrary, some fresh impetus may fuel the debate, freshen the focus and excite the opression. I’m aware this is not all about one club (or two) or an association or organisation. I get that. The reliable hard work of the John Clark’s and Jimbo’s (et al) is truly appreciated. I’d like to see an opinion piece from a Gerry ‘the number 8’ McNee or someone of his ilk, entitled Back to the Future! Dig someone up. Approach them and get their measurement of the whole debacle. Dig up some graves if need be! Find someone we all loved to hate but loved to debate. Open up the debate. Get Craig White round for tea, or Charles for some Chateau Cheval.
on that note, I’m going for 55…..thumbs down. ?
