I really think that the SFSA could – and should – grasp an opportunity like the SPFL statement to assume a moral leadership of fans of Scottish football.
I’m not sure what it is they hope to provide in terms of moral authority if they are not fearless enough to address directly the biggest and still evolving scandal the game has seen.
I am hoping that like Celtic, they are taking time to respond.
The question is, how can they ignore it?

As a rule of thumb, the roof trusses are only capable of holding the sarking and tiles. In modern kit houses, even the joists in the roof are barely capable of taking even the load of flimsy flooring. This subject to a safety factor of 1.4-1.6.

Definitely don’t hang shelves on the trusses to take books or vinyl!

Fans for Judicial Review

Fans for Judicial Review. A group have secured funding and counsel with a view to seeking a Judicial Review of the Nimmo Smith Commission. No crowdfunding is being sought at the moment, although that may be sought later.

For now we need to build a coalition of right minded fans who seek answers to the questions over how LNS was run, how the terms of reference were set, and how the Supreme Court decision on EBTs affects the key elements of Nimmo-Smith’s conclusions, which were based on the premise that RFC’s use of EBTs were lawful and open to other clubs.

The syntax, grammar and word-choice surrounding this whole mess is farcical. There’s a new idiom coined every other day to stick a finger in the TRFC anomaly dyke.
Normal conversation has to be suspended whilst people grasp in the dark for ways to describe fairly simple concepts like ‘football club’, ‘relegation’, ‘liquidation’, ‘registration’, ‘opinion’ and ‘cheating’.
There is a war going on, waged principally by the criminally insane and chronically corrupt officials at Hampden, and aided and abetted by the anti-journalists at EVERY media outlet within the boundaries of Scotland.
There is a war being waged against Reason itself, and for our own sanity we can’t let them win.

I suspect the TDs are not from SFM folk (remember the ratings are available to all manner of trolls). It is a disgusting world-view if made in earnest. A shocking way to score a point if not.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone noticed that Ernest no longer posts since we went to the trouble of creating a whole new thread for him?

Was pretty sure he wasn’t a troll too. Render me disappointed 🙂
