We know by Graeme Souness that you didn’t have to be an actual employee of the old Club to get an EBT . So who else would Rangers feel the need to reward ? Journalists , SFA and League Officials , Match Officials , Politicians ? Roll on 2019 .
—————————–
will we be able to find out who else received EBTs that are not listed in the LNS Commission report. The other 15 EBT’s not unaccountable, who else would Rangers feel the need to reward ? Journalists , SFA and League Officials , Match Officials , Politicians ? Will this be the real Armageddon?

But, the player’s agent who IIRC skims off about 10-15% of a players earnings – for providing their ‘professional services’ -should be worried, IMO. It is the agent who actively negotiates / validates / recommends a deal offered by a buying club on behalf of his footie client. The players themselves would be liable [potentially] in the first instance – but they would then chase after their agent for reimbursement and compensation. Good luck with that !Mibbees a number of football agents/agent companies will choose to relocate/dissolve as a precaution ?
—————————————
Now do we know the names of any of these agents?
And do we know all the names of the people who got EBT’s, will we find out  by April 2019  the names of the rest of the people who got them? And could this open up a whole new can of worms?
If i’m wrong and we do know all the names of who got EBT’s please correct me

Probably the most interesting question so far as Rangers is concerned is whether and to what extent non-UK resident individuals will be pursued. Under the present APN regime,
———————————-
Will we see ex rangers employees who had an EBT move out of the UK?
And will the ex rangers employees that had EBT’s who live abroad, now not be  able to visit the UK in future to carry out his professional puff piece for the SMSM the next time an (old firm )game comes around?05

It would take all scrutiny away from the club and could leave the chairman role to someone more respected such as Alistair Johnston.
————-
You do know Alistair Johnston.was on the board during the EBT years and  Johnston admits the other ongoing tax probe could leave Rangers with a bill they cannot afford to pay.

I am a Celtic shareholder and if it was up to me (which it is not), I would tell the SFA here and now that Celtic Park is unavailable for any future fixture.  However I know that will not happen, but I doubt there is anything they could do to force Celtic to allow them use of the stadium.

FROM LINK ABOVE.
The SFA board is due to meet in late January to consider its findings and, although no final decision is expected at that stage, it will shape Hampden’s future.

Agreed… but just where would the SFA call home?

15) With recent coverage surrounding the SFA and the Hampden lease expiring in 2020, there’s asuspicion that the SFA will take internationals, finals etc to Parkhead. Can we expect the board tovigorously push Ibrox for these fixtures and thus create another important revenue stream? The Executive is in close dialogue with the SFA with regards to the situation at Hampden.

Hope all the other clubs executives are in close dialogue with the SFA with regards to the situation at Hampden.

There is absolutely no reason why games can’t be played in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, or anywhere else with a stadium suitable for a specific match.
Agreed… but just where would the SFA call home?

Most, not all. One also wonders who pays for the upkeep of the stadium and other associated costs.
—————–
The Spiders, who remain an amateur club and are celebrating their 150th anniversary, say comments made by SFA chief executive Stewart Regan to BBC Scotland had caused them “great concern”.
They said in a website statement that they “would seek confirmation from the Scottish FA that they have fulfilled their responsibilities, under the present lease, to maintain the stadium and further detailed evidence to support Mr Regan’s statement”.
