“sports Direct v rangers march 2017 also.So next march may not be a good time for anything ibrox related.I can see a few journalists in the SMSM booking holidays away for march next year”
Although unrelated, they do share some of the company directors involved, who coincidentally, will also have spent all the money, and hoping to come into some large bags of cash in the same month.
Challenging times, what with those home draws in the SFA jurisdiction cup, and possible stadium safety issues to which the Scottish government have been made aware.
Still,…. It’s nice to still be challenging for something eh.

Had a quick read through, and what stuck out was that is stated DCK bought the CF docs, but also that it was mentioned in court.
Due to the excellent court reportage we have had on here from JC and EJ, we are aware that some matters were restricted from passing on.
I have no doubt both JC and EJ would adhere to these restrictions, but equally be able to confirm if, to their knowledge,  it did not form part of the “unreportable” issues.
If it is under any reportage restrictions, I would fully understand that they couldn’t possibly comment……. even if it was only to say so.

From CQN
“LIQUIDATORS of Rangers FC has written to the club’s creditors to advise that the Supreme Court will hear their appeal in the co-called Big Tax Case on 15 and 16 March 2017, CQN understands.

Don’t panic !….I won’t be posting so much when my flu clears up. 14

Would the Club 1872 evidence of serious wrong doing by the board have similar weight to the dossier assembled by the Rangers in regards to the SFPL/SFA a while back
That is always a possibility Vernallen, but there is one subtle difference. One set of allegations did not achieve its objective, whereas the other did.

Yes, CO, I’m inclined to believe so.

A dark place right enough John. I believe every fan-base on the planet would be demanding the release of documentary evidence supporting such allegations, whether they went to Australia or not. It’s the casual acceptance of the fan-base, that this is the normal way of things in the Sevco boardroom that gets me.
Albertz may point out that there is a falling membership, but for a while it was large, and stocking it with vast sums of hard earned cash…..However they appear to have lost their tongues.
It really is a sad indictment of those fans that they are not demanding, “Get it oot anyway!”

So fan group, Club 1872 claim to have evidence of serious wrong doing, but are happy to keep quiet about it, and keep it under their hat, if they get their own way…….Is that where we are now in Govan?..
