More input on housekeeping matters needed (for the ongoing funding of the site).

I have updated the Funding page and would urge all of you to get involved in the discussion there.

We need your input so we can get a system that doesn’t involve us coming to you a couple of times a year cap in hand.

Does this mean that TSFM is in danger of administration or indeed liquidation?
