“Take the spirit of Rangers to the completely new club and kiss goodbye to the various fly-by-night’s and chancers forever.
I think there has never been a more pressing need for fans of TRFC to form a breakaway club more than now.
As it stands i believe they are looking at a 50/50 chance of total obliteration. Guilty or not guilty.!
I am not in a position to even consider putting a probability figure on the eventual verdict, that will only be decided by the courts, but my feeling is that any guilty verdicts will not mark the end of it…….merely the beginning of a new chapter.
This time the outcome of the chapter, will be decided by the courts, and real legal law….not the SFA.
I will also hazard a guess, that guilty verdicts may widen the scope of the current investigations,
Maybe a plea bargain will be entred into, and the charge of involvement in organised crime, will be reduced to the lesser charge of involvement in dis-organised crime. 😈

i have seen some claims that Chicco has been charged with launching a fraudulent IPO. I have no idea if this is the case, but it surely follows that it will be the case if any impropriety is proven re the asset sale.
Who would the shareholders approach for redress if this is the case?…Is it buyer beware?
What chance of getting a listing, if it transpires that one market has already been bumped?
Does the fat lady do requests?

CG does not own the assets bought in the liquidation sale, and to my knowledge, never has. The assets were purchased by Sevco Scotland, and again, to my knowledge, legal title is theirs.
They came into Sevco’s hands through the actions of their office bearer, CG, who then launched an I.P.O. on behalf of the company raising £22m, and the assets in question, formed a large part of the sales delivery.
The capital proceeds of the IPO, then became the capital asset of Sevco, to do with as their want.
Therefore Sevco received a double whammy through CG’s actions re the asset sale. The assets themselves, and the sums raised.
It’s difficult to say he was not acting for the benefit of the company.

I hope the pathways in the approaches to CP are well salted tomorrow.  I read a few weeks ago that the pavements were very icy and dangerous on the way to the ground
I think it is covered in the criteria by which a match can take place Jimbo, but I imagine restricted to the actual property boundaries.

So the SPFL have come out and said we can’t afford goal line technology.
How much would a phone selotaped to the goalposts really cost?….OK the pinhole camera securely sited in the post or bar, but it shouldn’t run to mega bucks.
Interesting reading this past wee while. I wish you all a very happy and healthy new year.

Who Is Conning Whom?
Would it have been less embarrassing for the Sevco statement to merely have iterated. “Sorry, but we’re skint!”

Who Is Conning Whom?
DBD….Don’t you want to discover who killed your club and how?. (Because the simple fact you dismiss, is that Yes!..It did die !) Don’t you want to know who assisted them, have them exposed, and removed from office, or prosecuted if warranted?. Don’t you want rules, and governance to prevent it happening again?
No need for a glass door to see some folk coming.

Who Is Conning Whom?
I hear Sevco will be sending out a strong message at the AGM
