Dundee united who were on the exact same points as Rangers (original) last season are still on the list for this year,Rangers (original) are gone all together.

Is it possible for a club to lose nearly 5 co-efficent points after 1 season?,united only dropped 0.2 points from last season. This could be about the license issue or it could be UEFA removing them from the list as they no longer exist.

Would you believe that he didn’t intend to become a director when the SPA was put in place, but subsequently changed his mind.
That seems unlikely to me.

Yeah me too but you would have to prove it.

Unless he decided that after the purchase.

Double Checked with that company check, appointed may 11 till june 12…

He did appoint himself though so at the very least,he was in breach of the SPA agreement.A matter more for civil rather than criminal courts i would suggest.

It Is Better To Offer No Excuse Than A Bad One

Forgive me but do you have anything to substantiate that.
Do you really think that Hearts are being used as a vehicle for money laundering.
—————————————————————————–
Only a suggestion H,since i did use the OR as a follow on from easyjambos post.

It could easily be David Murray or the scottish goverment funnelling funds to buy the silence of hearts over the cheating that’s taken place.

OR it could be as easyjambo suggests,a nice as pie guy throwing millions of pounds at his favourite club.

If you stuck mystery benefactor in sevco’s accounts or in the SFA’s the peeps on this blog would be all over it.

What happened to transparency for all our clubs?

No loan, no equity, no security involved, just a philanthropist doing their bit for the club.  It seems Ann Budge has wealthy friends who don’t mind putting their hands in their pockets.
——————————————————————————————
Or a local criminal looking to get rid of some of their ill gotten gains, let’s not ask to many hard questions though as we all know that Ann Budge will always do what’s right 04 .

Personally I think the whole thing is a squirrel and am more interested in what people are trying to hide by bringing this particular old chestnut up right now.
==============================================
Trying to hide their feelings most likely,it must be hard coming to the realisation that their clubs are now part of the corruption that’s taken hold of scottish football.

but it’s an awful long and complex story to try to tell over a pint
—————————————————————————-
Only those who are trying hide the truth are the ones who are making it complex.
Keep it simple.

1.Rangers used taxpayers money to pay the salaries of players, without which these players may not have played for Rangers.

2.Rangers deliberately failed to register these players properly with the SFA in an effort to hide the fact that they were using illegal tax schemes.

What it all boils down to,

3.Rangers had to cheat to win a game of football.

On Grounds for Judicial Review
Whatever their reasons for doing so,Celtic did publicly call for a review.

A small and embarrassing (for the rest of the clubs) fact that should’nt be whitewashed over.
