Is the current RIFC/TRFC setup any different from the previous one of Wavetower/RFC or Murray Sports/ RFC?
All three models are holding companies but none of the HCs were members of SFA as far as I can see.

Folks, one of the consequences of a mailing exercise like the latest funding mail, is that accounts with emails that permanently bounce are automatically deleted (if the account holder has not posted recently). I note that one or two prominent posters who have been inactive recently have fallen foul of that.

There are one or two recent posters whose accounts will have to be deleted manually (and all the posts on those accounts) if email addresses are not updated.

The reason for this is that we have been advised NOT to publish comments that have no valid email address.

So Mark C & Elijah Baley – please update your email addresses asap 🙂

Be surprised if the larger part of the loans is converted to shares.
Control of a structurally insolvent company lies not in virtually worthless shares, but with the major creditors who will retain control when the shareholders are all stiffed.
Going to happen.

Highlander,
Wasn’t aware that anyone had reproduced Concomitant’s article elsewhere. Nobody asked either, but it’s not a problem for us.
As we’ve said, it’s not a contest. 👍

So true about the sport being killed by the authorities.
No matter how corrupt RFC were, the sport could have survived the reputational damage imposed by a rogue club. Impossible to survive damage imposed by rogue governance.
