So you believe everything Darryl Rightfoot says? Have you forgotten that before he entered Blazerdom he was the thinking man’s Richard Wilson?

What has this site and RTC before it taught you?

—————————

It has taught me that if you want to find out the truth or the beginning of a lie you need a piece of evidence you can follow up on. Now having a direct response from someone at the SFA we can all proceed to ask our clubs if they did indeed vote this way, if its not the case then Darryl will have some explaining to do.

The Existence of Laws
Evening everyone.

There was a lot of anger and rightly so yesterday surrounding the re election of CO. A lot of posters had expressed the view that the clubs they supported had let hem down. However no one had given any evidence that their club had voted for CO to be re elected. I thought the simplest thing to do was to ask the SFA how the vote had went so I emailed them last night. Today I received this reply

David, in response to your question the President was unanimously re-elected by all members.

Many thanks

Darryl

So there you have it proof that all our clubs voted for him.

easyjambo I’m positive that Whyte made reference to this £1 million when he had his meeting with Imran and Stockbridge. It was in the context of a promise green had given him in regard of the ticketus money he(Whyte) was liable for. Green had promised him £1 million a year to help with the cost of it or words to that effect.

“It’s not the SFA who Re-elect the president it’s the clubs. The blame lies at their door for this decision…”
——
Very possibly there were no challengers-either because no one would be daft enough to go for the job or because no one is brave enough to take on the hostility of the powerful clique that undoubtedly exercises the real power.

——————–

I could find no evidence of any other candidates, according to CO himself nominations had to be in by February. And I quote,

“You have to put your nomination forward in February and then, at the end of the day, it is a democractic society. If the clubs do not want me, then fine. I hae no problem about standing aside. Someone else can take it on”

Obviously no one else felt capable of take “it” on.

Mr Green and Opportunity Knocks— For Aberdeen?
I see The Rangers have released(sacked) Darren Cole for failing to turn up for a reserve team fixture. I wonder if they will take the same stance with Ian Black should the SFA find him guilty of the the far more serious offence of betting against his own club?

Perhaps the SFA should go public in a similar way they did a couple of weeks back after Mather then McCoist made complete fools of themselves. Shouldn’t be too hard

1. There is sufficient evidence to proceed with a case against Black
2. There is insufficient evidence to proceed with a case against others at this time. Put up or shut up Ally!

It appears the SFA have dismissed Ally Mcoists call for a meeting to clarify the rules.spokesperson states the rules are clear.
