but it’s an awful long and complex story to try to tell over a pint
—————————————————————————-
Only those who are trying hide the truth are the ones who are making it complex.
Keep it simple.

1.Rangers used taxpayers money to pay the salaries of players, without which these players may not have played for Rangers.

2.Rangers deliberately failed to register these players properly with the SFA in an effort to hide the fact that they were using illegal tax schemes.

What it all boils down to,

3.Rangers had to cheat to win a game of football.

Personally I think the whole thing is a squirrel and am more interested in what people are trying to hide by bringing this particular old chestnut up right now.
==============================================
Trying to hide their feelings most likely,it must be hard coming to the realisation that their clubs are now part of the corruption that’s taken hold of scottish football.

It Is Better To Offer No Excuse Than A Bad One

Forgive me but do you have anything to substantiate that.
Do you really think that Hearts are being used as a vehicle for money laundering.

Only a suggestion H,since i did use the OR as a follow on from easyjambos post.

It could easily be David Murray or the scottish goverment funnelling funds to buy the silence of hearts over the cheating that’s taken place.

OR it could be as easyjambo suggests,a nice as pie guy throwing millions of pounds at his favourite club.

If you stuck mystery benefactor in sevco’s accounts or in the SFA’s the peeps on this blog would be all over it.

What happened to transparency for all our clubs?

No loan, no equity, no security involved, just a philanthropist doing their bit for the club.  It seems Ann Budge has wealthy friends who don’t mind putting their hands in their pockets.
——————————————————————————————
Or a local criminal looking to get rid of some of their ill gotten gains, let’s not ask to many hard questions though as we all know that Ann Budge will always do what’s right 04 .

On Grounds for Judicial Review
Whatever their reasons for doing so,Celtic did publicly call for a review.

A small and embarrassing (for the rest of the clubs) fact that should’nt be whitewashed over.

The dissolution of Wavetower doesn’t remove the liability that they had to repay RFC. Obviously it will not be repaid, but I believe that it should remain capable of being off-set against any counter claim.  ———————————————Cheers
As long as there is no clauses (such as loan to be repaid in 100 years from now) in the loan agreement then the above should ring about true.

EJ sorry if i,m being a pain in the butt here and in contradiction to what i said above but the Bank Debt no longer resides with Wavetower as they gave or sold it away to someone else.

Would’nt that have an impact on BDO’s ability to off set the Debts against each other?
