Pat Byrne,
BRTH answers your questions here:http://www.celticquicknews.co.uk/bdos-duty-to-report-rangers-directors-to-dti/

Thanks JIMBO
That covers a lot of what I was trying to get to only in a far more understandable and informative format, I am relieved that more capable minds are onto this and other aspects of this charade that require to be exposed to the public at large, I was thinking that I was probably barking up the wrong tree the last few weeks as my knowledge of corporate practises are very limited and extend to what I can Google (as long as it sticks to layman’s terms)

Thanks for your insightful response although I am still none the wiser as to the reasons football clubs/company’s seem to operate on a different wavelength than the rest of the business world.
It also got me to consider the comments made in the statement King recently released and his previous statement from 2012, again I find myself asking how come an ex director of a failed business can openly state that he knew that RFC(IL) were operating a scheme that could lead to insolvency, he stated that all of the then directors of the club or company new that they were operating beyond the club/company’s means to sustain itself, in other words RFC (IL) were operating in a manner that would ultimately lead to insolvency. It is my understanding that this alone can be classed as criminal activity and any director with knowledge of this could be held responsible in a court of law as they ultimately have a duty to protect the interests of both shareholders and possible creditors.
If I am correct in my assessment,  why is it there seems to be no appetite to prosecute the directors as would surely be the case if a fraud on this scale happened outwith the confines of the football world. I sincerely hope there are some squeaky bums down Govan way every time King opens his mouth, we really should get behind King and encourage him, praise his indefatigable persistence, accept his unquestionable superior intellect and wisdom, who knows he might turn out to be the salvation we are all looking for all be it in a form that is not quite how we envisaged.

This might be something you are clued up on as you seem to have a fairly wide range of knowledge when it comes to company law.
When a company is being liquidated is it not the Liquidators duty to achieve the best financial return for the creditors, it is my understanding that that being the case, would it then be a requirement of the Liquidators to sell the assets in part or in whole to achieve that goal, if so the ‘basket of assets’ that Charles Green aquired should have been sold to the highest bidder. Do we know if these were itemised and what exactly did they include? I know it seems like I am banging on the same drum but something does not sit well with me here, I also was under the impression that Company’s House for obvious reasons  have guidelines with regards to the use of a liquidated company’s name and one of the restrictions that are in place state that the debts of the liquidated company must be paid in full to prevent abusing the advantages of renaming a Newco with a similar name, why therefor are there no objections emanating from Companys House about the flagrant breach of their guidelines? Is it the case that they are blissfully unaware of this or is the reason they ignore this transgression due to the way that Sevco were initially named such and are only recognised as RIFC in the eyes of the SFA and SPFL.
Please excuse my ignorance in these matters if I am barking up the wrong tree but as my old journeyman used to say ‘don’t be shy in asking the stupid question’

An interesting take on OCNC:
Hypothetically speaking
Say when Charles Green bid for the Basket of Assets and outbid all other interested parties (were there any other interested parties?) what would have stopped him from calling the NewCo say The Green and White Rangers Football Club (apart from the obvious) for that matter, now that the precedent has been set, in theory what would prevent this ethereal fantasy happening again with any club/company. Surely the powers that be must see the folly in their actions, by portraying this lie as acceptable business practice, it can only lead to unforeseen problems further down the line, would The Green and White RFC automatically be the owners of an unprecedented 54 league titles? it is madness at its most extreme level.
Oh what a tangled Web they have woven and IMO that is why the SFA are saying as little as possible, the hole they have dug is deep and entirely of their own making. All they can rely on now is a concerted effort by a compliant press to bail them out, sadly for “them” there is a groundswell of opinion that is gathering pace and it is going to bring them down, I never thought I would live to see this day approach but if we all keep pushing it will surely happen.
I can only thank those of you on this site and the sterling work of the rest of the internet bams with far superior knowledge than yours truly for exposing, deciphering and putting it into layman’s terms, we have reached the event horizon and justice has its gravitational pull drawing the corrupt cabal that runs our game firmly in its grasp.
I urge all of you to contact your respective clubs and remind them they ultimately represent the fans that support and make the game possible, to do their duty and inform the SFA, SPFL etc that action must be taken to right the many wrongs because if they fail to do so ultimately the game will die.

JJ has posted emails allegedly confirming SFA had knowledge prior to the cut off dates, I don’t know if these are the same ones other sources have been alluding to but they seem to be genuine enough and pretty conclusive

Deary me, the beeb has definately got its establishment head on tonight, what was really annoying was when tax cheat Boyd nearly chocked with sarcastic laughter, I nearly chocked on my own vomit. As for Petrie hold your head in shame.
It is now getting near the time to initiate fans funding for a JR.
The panel tonight seemed to be in agreement that we will be discussing this farce in 50 years time but we must move on! ludicrous, but that is the mentality we’re up against. Tom English seems to be unsure of his stance on this, one minute he is urging everyone to put it all behind us then in the next breath stating he is all for a review whilst intimating that Lawwell is isolated. All very strange, you would think they were making it up ad hoc, wait a minute! where have I heard that before?

The recent meeting between the Celtic Fans,  Doncaster and McKenzie raises so many issues that if  The SMSM continue to ignore them they themselves become part of the cover up and will ultimately pay the price, their silence ensures their complicity and sheer lack of moral integrity  that only they will have to learn to live with their cowardice.
When does it get to the stage when the accumulation of evidence makes it unsustainable to continue the lie? to me this point was passed a long time ago and their collective erses are having real issues controlling their collective sphincters.

JJ pointed out a few highlights from the meeting which we should all be grateful for (the more of us that bring light on this conspiracy the better) I feel a tad peeved though that he failed to point out after the first comment left by fisiana that the main body of his blog
https://johnjamessite.com/2017/08/24/the-diamond-dog-of-the-sfl/
was the work of others, I know he has broken down the constituent parts of thee statement into a well structured diagnosis and gave credit at the start of the piece to celticicminded.com, he should though inform those who are under the impression that the piece is on the whole is the work of others, credit where credit is due and all that.

The way things are panning out, I am growing increasingly confident that this is now turning into an unstoppable freight train slowly gathering momentum and the balsa wood buffers will be mere splinters on the tracks, sadly it will be the supporters who will ultimately have to pick up the debris of what is left of our game, will it be worth it? your damn right it will.

Sorry guys I may not have expressed what I was trying portray, by pointing out what I perceived as being a cracking in the foundations of the press we are all subjected to. kj and Chris jack are the least of my worries, my gripe is with the “more intelligent” operators in their mists that stubbornly refuse to ask the obvious. Messrs English, Spiers and the so called broadsheet reporters are failing in a way that I really believe they will go to their last resting place wishing they had the balls to say in print what was needed to be said, what a chance they are missing, or is it they are so frightened of the loss of the blue pound they are willing to turn a blind eye? There are really simple questions to ask the SFA the SPFL,King, Murray, Ogilvie, ahh feck it I will be here all night but I think you get my drift.
The point is, there are so many wrongs in the game up here, at what point does it become unsustainable to keep it going? Sadly we have supporters who can be led with the right sound bite, I will not belittle their love of their club for that, what I will belittle is blatant abuse by the msm in manipulating the the facts and not being held to account for their actions.

I gave up my 4 season tickets  in 2013, I miss the game deeply but I can not bring myself to ignore all I have learned through sites like this and until there is a dramatic change that in my case will be the status quo.
