DARKBEFOREDAWNJULY 9, 2017 at 15:55 Imagine how it would look if Scotland stripped rangers of 14 titles, and (just an example) Man Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal are all found to have operated a similar scheme and not had any action taken?
If the English clubs were not dealt with by the English FA that would be up to English football fans to take the same action as Scottish football fans. Comparing apples with oranges, as the media are doing, is fudging the issues. Scottish teams fans are interested in how the Tax decision affected them, what would have been their chances of say promotion had they manged to draw or win against a legitimate fielded Rangers side, what about the cup bonuses they lost and advancement to more riches by been knocked out and most importantly why have they been paying taxes and been punished by our SFA for minor clerical offences when major offences of one team who have been found guilty of improper registration and tax evasion by knowingly witholding what should be declared and paid, be any different and have preferential treatment. The English fans if they have been taken for mugs have the decision to call the shots and bring to book their oraganisation if they fail in their duties.

“…The conclusion of the Commission on sanction was that not disclosing the EBT details to the SPL/SFA did not of itself give Rangers any competitive advantage. It would have had the same competitive advantage even if full details had been disclosed. By not appealing to the SFA the SPL is not saying that competitive advantage is immaterial. It is material to sanction in a disclosure case if a competitive advantage was secured from non disclosure which the Commission held there was not…”
This is legal bullshit we know that having a club provide BUPA for your family, insurance, a car for the entire family and a tax free benefit etc. does not in itself give a sporting advantage, the advantage comes from the calibre of player you will be hoping to catch with these deals and there is your sporting advantage.
You put out a net to catch the best and if you cannot afford it don’t cheat the taxman.
However, by not disclosing the side payment advantages to avoid tax is improper registration and this means that for every time the SFA books were audited and licences granted a fraud was been perpetuated in the background. The SFA know this it’s in their rule book.(fecking chancers)
When you get caught this is when the punishments have to match the crime. If you are restricted in law from carrying out a thorough investigation fully due to restrictions that could otherwise influence a decision in law then you must act once restrictions are lifted, the high court and SC are over the decisions have been made and restrictions are no longer in place you must investigate and perform the actions demanded by your paying customers or you can piss off and demands must be made to bring in someone who will do the job right.

As discussed many times in the past this was mostly likely due to football agents and their clients not being able to trust a club’s ability to honour a commitment without a bit of paper being signed.
I see a lot in what you state to be probably how they thought or planned the EBT use. However i believe if the above statement you make above re the agents has signed the death warrant, as it is clear as day to the layman when two or more people engage in drawing up an agreement to ensure the reliability of the agreement for financial gain, this forms a second contract and the argument of mistaken it as not been intended as dual contracts will not hold in law.
Whatever way you look at the EBTs they are dual contracts and drawn up without consent this is the crime if you want, no-one is above the law and you cannot use the SFA and football to suit yourself. Even loans are contracts if strings are attached.
Anyway nice chatting and stay strong.

Was wondering if everyone was to state to football clubs in advance that they cannot make the game travelling over from say Ireland or travelling down from the highlands for the freezing foggy November game v  Inverness due to the wind rocking boats off the cliffs in the English chanel and snow in the mountains and to keep withing the laws and spirit, i will not give my relative the ticket but maybe you could send me the price of the game as a refund since i would prefer not to risk my life travelling this Tuesday, i am sure in the fairness of sport you would agree this would be fair.

The only people wanting to move on from the liquidation and the effect is the ones who have more to lose.
This was and now is a company. The old company that died took with it its incorporated structure which was Rangers thats how the creditors lose in business liquidations they share the booty. like when Scrooge witnesses his own liqiudation in the ghost of things to come.
To re-emerge and pretend to be as the same would mean the whole shooting match the incoprporated would come with it, rise as one and  like Marleys chains you have to carry these around as reminders and creditors would be following you around haunting you.
When you change you will see that life goes on freer from the burdens and brand new without the lies and free to tell the RRM to go take a Feck to themselves.
Live the lie and you live the reminding, you help forge the chains and, bond the forgery that the club is the same and TUPE and all those things were not connected, they were seperate.

The Myth livers get what they deserve.

DarkbeforedawnDecember 14, 2017 at 14:30I still go and watch a team in blue called Rangers every week, and the adverts, news, water cooler chat and a lot of the cast have not changed one bit. So for us it’s no different regardless of the legal ins and outs, a football club is more than a registered number. But I wouldn’t waste time arguing with you as I know you would disagree.

Would you be interested in the new ABBA collection, includes all the new songs written by the new ABBA, 2 guys and 2 gals, 2012 2017, £2.00 and they are yours

Barry Scott you say? Does this mean that in the future TRFC will be sponsored by Cilit Bang?
It really all depends who Mr Scott is representing. Is he King’s man, or other people on the board’s.

Will this be the first time this board has ever come clean
is King cleaning out as we speak
will the MSM be whiter than white on this story
Wll Marigold put the club in safe hands
Did AJ hear the Cilit Bang when he stated  CW had killed the club
No matter the outcome this club left a massive stain on scottish football

I need to go guys bye
