TSFM is like a time machine, fist I get thrown back to 1964 when I used to deliver newspapers, then 1974 when I used to process Bonds of Caution  (cayshun).03

(Where a deceased had not left a will, and an insurance was required against someone applying for confirmation when they were not entitled to do so and against an executor failing to distribute the estate according to law.)16

Seems like a long time, but not an expert on this.
Some information here

Hope you get a resolution.

I do agree with what you are saying, but I also agree with RTC re “confusion” here:-
The never-ending story
“However, there are still many people who seem confused by what this was about. Myths have developed. Confusion reigns over whether Rangers’ conduct of the relevant tax cases is currently considered legal or illegal. Was it was tax avoidance or tax evasion, and so on.”

And even the “experts” here:-

should be required to find caution [pronounced ‘cation’ as in ‘station’

Wow, that took me back to 1972 when I used to underwrite bonds of caution for the Insurance company I worked for at that time.
Was never involved with them since.
