Night Terror 13th November 2015 at 11:53 am #@Gym TrainerI agree. The problem is, most fans find the overspending thing easier to grasp and be outraged about, whereas the intricacies of player registration can seem ore of an administrative and therefore boring infraction.

Incorrect/incomplete registration was perfectly understandable when it applied to Spartans (as a for instance). Even when that only related to the misplacement of a date on a form. Jut because it’s perceived by some to be complicated doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be enforced.

Whose assets are they anyway?

My own take here is that any action on retrospective voiding of titles, etc would be based on incorrect/imperfect registration, since those are consequences of the (currently, pending appeal) tax evasion and the concealment of the entire contracts entered from the governing bodies (even though at least one office bearer of the SFA was intimately involved in their management when he was an officer of company SC004276)

THAT Debate, and the Beauty of Hindsight

Wouldn’t you want Minty up first ?No chance of running out of time to question him thoroughly.Everyone else can feel a bit more relaxed / forthcoming, as Minty is the one being singled out for prodding with a stick ?

You’re too young, Ironside is what you need to study… It always goes down to the wire until the last minute piece of evidence (wielded by the wheelchair-bound Ironside) is unearthed to save/convict the accused.
Minty used to be in metals… and lost his legs… the parallels are uncanny 01

Hold on just a cotton-pickin’ minute! Regan is from County Durham, from his accent he sounds to me more like he’s from the East Durham coast (Seaham, Easington, Peterlee). I’d gladly suggest he was a Yorkshireman, but only to assuage my guilt (I hail from County Durham too).

Those who elect not to attend could then be descibed as not being ERSEd…
The SFM Engine Room Scribblers Event works for me too.
Scottish Football needs a strong Arbroath.

Does that mean that anyone speaking there (especially as they leave) will be talking out of their ERSE? 01

John Clark Meets “The SFA”

ThomTheThim 16th February 2016 at 2:06 pm #Ask Clyde FC,

Clyde FC’s error appears to be that they followed the rules and clyped on themselves. Not that they didn’t pay HMRC at all, that they paid them late. The SFA will be making a rod (flexible when they want it to be) for the space where their backbone should be if they penalise Clyde FC heavily – so I fully expect Clyde FC to get the maximum punishment allowable.
