Having flicked through all the papers in the local newsagents, newco seem to have even more coverage than oldco ever got.

Miki67 – I agree with a lot of what you say, but the trouble (and this is now nigh on possible to do anything about) is that what we are left with here is such a one-sided view on RFC that the commentary is too heavily biased in being anti-Rangers. I’m not saying that there hasn’t been very serious wrong-doing, but to blame everything that is wrong about Scottish football and Scottish society on Rangers impropriety, is just a wee bit wide of the mark.

Too biased against a club claiming the history of another with a list of crimes unmatched by any other club in the world?

I don’t think so.

Celtic. The only Scottish team never to have played in any other league than Scotlands top tier. Now that’s a record to be proud of.

Sally is a ned.

CG is there to get back TicketUs money.

The novelty of playing in the third will wear off and Ibrokes will be empty on match days. Especially if the league is won by christmas.

There’s a good chance BDO will nullify CG’s ownership and the newclub will be liquidated. Also, we can likely look forward to prosecution of ex directors.

Cheer up. The party is only beginning. 🙂

A lack of new information doesn’t help but it seems a lot of the best posters have disappeared since the RTC days and the blog is suffering as a result.

No one will buy the shares. Who will be stupid enough to underwrite it? Most football fans are skint. A season ticket is a struggle for folks these days. The share issue will flop.

What CG does, whatever his end game is, depends on too many unknowns at this moment to say for sure but ultimately, he could sell off the assets / stadium / land.

That is of course, if he actually owns them and if BDO don’t annul the deal.

I’m sure it’ll all come out inthe washing, hopefully soon.

We all want to know the truth. When the truth is out in the open, it’ll be easier to deal with what needs to be done to save our football.

Dear BlueSkies,

sadly, for you and the tens of thousands of Newclub fans, most of us believe CG is playing the short game to get what he can then scamper.

Remember when Craig Whyte was the saviour? Beware. CG might just be the next member of a tag team of businessmen out to make a fast buck at the expense of the fans.

You’d think the fans would have learned their collective lesson after the last years disasters.

The crowd at Ibrokes didn’t look very busy on tv. A few hvndred at most.

I think we’re witnessing mass exageration on the season tickets front. And they’re dirt cheap.

A lot of rangers oldco fans recognise that their team died and they won’t accept newco as the same club. But that isn’t being reported.
