  1. The other thing I find quite incredible in all this is how the Rangers superiority or even supremacy complex has created a situation whereby both sides of this divide now consider Regan and Doncaster to be wholly at fault, corrupt in fact. Try typing the hash tag #watp and see what comes back from Twitter.

Now I’m not a pyschologist but it would appear that Regan/Doncaster are corrupt, in the minds of Rangers fans, because

    a) they’ve allowed a punishment that wasn’t in the rule book to be handed out by an independent committe, cue enormous righteous indignation
    b) they did not allow or enable Sevco to remain in SPL
    c) they’ve “kicked Rangers when they’re down”

Obvioulsy it must be extremely hard to see your Club, statistically the most succesful in football, reduced to a bankrupt and to then watch its remergence into the lowest tier of the game here (and we all know decent Bears who could see what Murray was up to years ago) but to have the brass neck for many to then pretend the predicament and situation is the fault of the governing bodies who did absolutely everything they could to make sure they didn’t do a Gretna is staggering.

  2. Stevie BC,

Most Buddies I’ve been speaking to are also disgusted at the leniency shown to the Dog Whistler. (Saintee in Asia has a good blog up comparing other punishments).

There does seem to worrying trend of ‘sevco scandal fatigue’ setting in among some however. Quite a few people are simply fed-up and are adopting a ‘ C’est la vie’ attitude towards the latest round of embarrassment for Scottish Football.

The SFA might to move on and forget, but we can’t and won’t. ‘Super’ Ally’s reckless and dangerous behaviour will never be forgotten, he deserves our contempt for the rest of his days.

  3. This sad tale of corruption at the heart of Scottish football has a long way to run yet – there will be no quick resolution.
The blatant disregard for the laws and regulations of the game has been going on for nearly 20 years
That means that practically everyone who has been appointed to any position of authority in the Scottish game has connections to this corruption
The idea of concentrating all the bodies at Hampden has played in to this as they are all mixing with each other on a daily basis
One only needs to look at the Dallasgate affair to see the type of “culture” that pervades the home of Scottish football
Minty has the info on all these guys in the same way that he has the goods on the press
He knows who had the scoops- the holidays – the entertainment
It will only be when the malign influence of MIH is removed that Scottish football will be able to regain its independence
Does anyone really think that Campbell Ogilve is not up to his neck in all this?
He is looking after himself and his friends rather than the good of the game
They all know that they have to hang together or they will all hang separately

  4. IMO when CG played the old Bigotry card to get the STs sold and Regan said as much .The sfa had already allowed him and Sally to perpetuate the myth that Scottish football was against 2012 fc ,This IMO was no coincidence .there can be no denying the desperation from Regan/Doncaster in breaking/bending /ignoring inventing of rules to force 2012 fc into the SPL .
At anytime during the rants from the rabble rousers of 2012 fc to stir the bigots down the back of their sofas Regan /Doncaster could have easily have proved their rantings to be utter tosh ,they did not ,why not ?.Because IMO they have done more to facilitate this tribute act than anyone else and for me that is the REAL corruption in our game .I do not blame 2012 fc as I would expect nothing else from any club in the same position but I bet no other club would be given the same treatment from the disgraceful powers that run our game .
They think this will all blow over but in the near future all the corruption and smoke filled room deals will out and there will be no hiding place for many in the corridors of power .
The corruption of our game in this saga will be talked about and told to future generations to enlighten others to the way things were when all clubs bar one had to achieve honours honestly

  5. UEFA announced that there are 27 clubs that are being investigated as there is reasonable doubt about the status of their accounts and have until September 30 to regularize them.

In the coming days the European body will release the names of those teams, which are frozen when revenue should be charged for their participation in European competitions last season. There may be big surprises in that list.

The consequences of the introduction of the financial fair play have led to a significant reduction in the number of transfers. In winter 2012 the market moved 20 percent less than in the preceding four-year period between 2008 and 2011. In Spain, for example, clubs have spent 35 percent less this summer compared to the previous four years.

Good job Maribor is in Europe 🙂

I wonder if RFC(IA) are on the list?

And they don’t think they have enough quality or quantity to win the bottom tier of Scottish senior football.

In all honesty I think they should be looking fo a manager rather than players. They really should have enough in the squad to win that league quite comfortably.

They don’t seem to be running away with SFL3 at the moment. However one has to consider the self imposed transfer embargo which means that they can’t sign players until halfway through the 13/14 season*. They will therefore need to consider playing personnel for whatever league they are in for the start of 13/14 **

    * That’s assuming that there isn’t a mysterious extension to next season’s transfer window given 31st August will be Saturday so its possible the SFA will accept registrations on Monday 2nd September

**By the rules best case should be SFL2 and the worst still in SFL3 but there are strong rumours of an SPL2 in a reorganisation and of course such a reorganisation will have criteria for SPL2 qualification that most of SFL2 will not be able to meet

  7. Over the summer i thought really long and hard about going back to watch my team continue to play in the spl.One of the main issue’s i had was should i allow the guardian’s of our game to continue to treat me and my family like mugs.
I have said in the past that i have only ever supported one team all my life and have been a travelling supporter for well over 30 years many of these not missing a single home game[and some away].I like a lot of you have invested not only money but blood, sweat, tears and snoter’s in following my team but was willing to give it all up as i was fed up with the guardian’s of our game and thier corrupt ways.
But the more i thought about it the more i realised that it is the corrupt sfa/spl/sfl who should be forced to quit the game as they are parasite’s who have been living of us for decade’s and have contributed nothing positive to our game.
Doncaster makes my skin crawl everytime i hear his voice.Even when he got this bonus from eufa he still can’t help himself and mention how bad thing’s are without dead club..He is a weasel.
Regan should be embarrassed by his action’s but i know that he won’t be and will only walk away when he know’s his mission to get rosemary’s baby back and safe in the spl.
So i will not give up on my team or scottish football as i know that this is what the parasite’s who run our game want

  8. So Fat-Boy Sally the Pieman wasn’t in receipt of an eight match ban effective immediately, wonder why??

  9. Dear sir

The police foiled a plot to set fire to Raith Rovers stadium and a director had to have police advice over his and his families safety. The cause of this intimidation was ally mccoist, manager of Trfc who knew fine well that his call for the (already known to his club) panel members to be named, that the large rioting and big0tted section of rangers supporters would revert to type and use violence and intimidation to enforce their will on innocent people who tried to ensure appropriate punishments on the club on behalf of your organisation.

Your abject failure in dealing with mccoist has again undermined confidence in you from all other member clubs and supporters. Why is there no mention of the third and most serious charge, it is absolutely disgraceful you have not issued a statement that covers every aspect of the charges faced.

His chairman called us all big0ts and you feel a censure is appropriate, again i ask you to see the ridiculous leniency in your findings and i can assure you the big0try seems to emanate from the confines of ibrox and hampden itself.

Once more i will post this on TSFM and forward it to football and media contacts until the whole country is sickened enough to force our clubs to remove you all from office and allow us the chance to rebuild our game without your outdated agendas holding us all back.

The illusion you allude to is essential for the future of 2012 fc and the ragers fans need to be persuaded (not hard ) that 2012 fc is a continuation of ragers and it will build to epic proportions when CG launches his share issue .
The ragers fans were always going to be the ones asked to get any new club up and running (see CW deal with Ticketus ) when the Ticketus deal was rumbled the gig was up for them and CW ,you see the ragers fans were not too bothered that HMRC and all other creditors money was never going to be paid but when it comes to THEIR money it bothers them greatly what is done with it (see Minty’s share issue).
IMO the real scandal in all of this ,is the actions of Regan /Doncaster it is nothing short of a total disgrace to our game and it is not finished yet .
I predict the delayed investigations will come to a head when CG gives the peepil in power the nod in the build up to the share issue launch and all sorts of scare stories of the draconian punishments that could be handed out will be all over the MSM and the ragers fans will dig deep and not even ask where their money is going this time because it’s bigotry that’s trying to kick them when their down

  11. I have been told that it’s not really possible for me to copy and paste a letter on to the blog, so I’ve taken the route of laboriously typng out in Word the letter I received from my MP in response to the one I sent querying HMRC’s statement about Rangers.

I’ve typed it accurately as it came with ‘sic’ every now and then to show that I have copied exactly what is there, and it is given below.

Like most MP’s letters , it’s fairly neutral and bland and cautious , but I give him credit for showing some awareness. The main thing is that he appears to agree that HMRC’s statement ‘is rather misconceived’ and has written to HMRC.

We’ll see what kind of reply issues forth.

    ” Dear
Thanks for your recent letter regarding HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) statement on Rangers Football Club. I appreciate you taking the time to get in touch about these important issues.
I agree that, as the UK’s tax enforcement authority, HMRC should carry out its functions with impartiality and by the highest of ethical standards and to be seen to do so. It would be in no way appropriate for them to pick and choose who merits punishment for alleged wrongdoing in their payment of direct taxes. I meet dozens of constituents a month who are dealt with in a robotic fashion by HMRC that verges on aggressiveness and these rules should be applied to all who pay tax. As a small business owner myself for the last 10 years, prior to being elected, I’m all too aware of how HMRC operates and that statement is rather misconceived.
With regard to Rangers situation, due to some intrepid investigative work by various journalists and social media sites, the true extent of Rangers Football Club’s tax misdemeanours were made evident and it is wholly appropriate that the authorities took action which as you will know is still ongoing. It is imperative that HMRC do their job and protect tax revenues regardless of the organisation involved. That creates certainty for business, and, more importantly, a level playing field. Any advantage Rangers may or may not have derived from the allegations of tax avoidance will have been reflected in an advantage of some degree both commercially and on the field of play. However, any business not playing totally by the rules would gain some sort of commercial advantage over competitors.
There is a little confusion over the legal situation at Rangers and this is reflected in your letter to an extent. There is a major difference between administration and liquidation. The device of administration is used for distressed companies who can no longer trade legally because they a (sic) technically insolvent. An independent administrator is appointed and they take charge of the day to day running of the business. Their main axis (sic) to keep the business operating as a going concern to try and trade out of difficulty and continue as a going concern. An administrator will have a number of avenues to doing this. They will cut costs, negotiate with suppliers, try and renegotiate creditors and financial support, pay off staff and perhaps even seek a buyer for the business. We have seen recently lots of businesses that have gone into Administration and been purchased or recovered. Many of these are also football clubs.
The other key element of an Administration is whether creditors will allow a CVA process. Now this is not always required in an Administration for a whole host of reasons but in the Rangers case it was clear that the business was in ( such?-my edit) significant trouble that the Administrators could not see a way of continuing as a going concern without an agreement with all creditors at a level that was at an unacceptably low level.
The Club failed to get a CVA and therefore the Administrators effectively turned into Liquidators as the company was bust and it was no longer possible to continue as a going concern. A liquidator has to value the assets and get maximum compensation for those assets in order to pay back some of the debts. It is clear that there was a pre-liquidation process where 2 bids were received for the assets of the club and the liquidators thought that the £5.5m bid from Mr Green was the maximum they could get.
You could argue that perhaps they should have tendered for the assets of the club but the liquidators were also, for a number of reasons, being pressured by the various sporting associations given the proximity of the new season. Whether these limited timescales are appropriate and the football season should have been a considering (sic) is for others to judge.
The new Rangers is a different company that has bought the assets of the old company and therefore, whilst everything seems the same, is a legitimate business in terms of the law. I have been involved in a company liquidation before and a similar exercise took place where another company bought the assets and some of the contracts and continued them as if they we (sic) being run by the liquidated company.
In pure business terms this has meant that the staff have kept their jobs, the new club can build from the bottom of the footballing tree and there is a future for a well-supported institution. The creditors to old rangers (sic ) will get some money back and the footballing authorities have been able to use their rules to make sure footballing debts have been paid by the new rangers (sic) as a condition of their entry back into the associations.
This does not prevent HMRC taking action against the Directors, owners or otherwise of the old Rangers as any company director has legal obligations and if they have been broken then civil and criminal charges can be sought. The footballing dimension has muddied these waters a little but the path of the legal move from administration to liquidation and a new company is well worn.
I appreciate your concerns about the content of the HMRC statement from June 2012 and have therefore written to the Chief Executive of HMRC for a full response to the points you have raised. I shall be in touch as soon as I have their response.
    Yours sincerely,

Ian Murray MP Member of Parliament for Edinburgh South”

  12. 2010-11 Season, Neil Lennon given 6 game touchline ban (6!!), for “excessive misconduct.” It was reduced on appeal to 4.

He was then given a further 4 match ban for responding loudly to McCoist’s whispers. McCoist got nothing.

2012 Season, Ally McCoist given three match ban – suspended. Nothing.

Anyone heard if the SFA/SPL have put a cap on touchline bans?

  13. Sevco and The Sleekit Slitherenes. The latest tribute act. Has a ring to it.

  17. For well over a year now many followers of the RTC blog and now TSFA spent considerable time and effort uncovering the shady dealings that lead to the death of RFC. Yet in the past 6 months there has been little evidence that the MSM learnt any lessons from the blogs
The main victims of the saga were ordinary RFC fans who supported their club for years. However with a few honourable exceptions the general response of these fans to having the truth reported online months before the MSM was disbelief and hostility when the truth csme out in the MSM
We now have a situation where many former RFC fans have taken up with Sevco and appear intent on following them
They have every right to do so
    However
Many posters and readers of this blog remain convinced that Sevco are in the grip of spivs whose aim is now to asset strip the ordinary fans still mourning the death of their club.
I have no doubt that a combined effort similar to last year would uncover evidence to prove this point
    Which begs the question
Given that there is every likelihood that uncovering the Sevco route to further grief will simply generate disbelief and hostility from their fans
Why should any of the Bampots bother?
Whats the point in proving Green and Ticketus and Whyte and Murray are or have been in collusion ?
Why should we care if ordinary Sevco fans get cheated for a second time in a year ?
    Whats the point anymore?
When these Spivs rip off the support in a fund raising and move on they will leave behind an impoverished club that will struggle for years to create a reputation on the park
    So
Should the blog abandon Sevco research ?
Should we not be focussing on rooting out the blatant corruption in our governing bodies?

John – well done, sir! Your efforts at the keyboard are appreciated. 🙂

As for Templeton, to come away from scoring in Europe at Anfield to “going straight into the squad for the Elgin game” gives pause for thought.

Presumably, the lad will have the sense to back out of this deal. If not, it will smack of something fishy, if not rotten.

Experience shows that, where RFC(?) are concerned, the palpable stink of corruption is usually (allegedly) backed by reality.

    That’s a fair point Goosy.

The blog seems to instinctively return to the governance aspect, and the need for change.

Combined with the ‘blind’ MSM support provided to Sevco, I think the blog may have more effect by targetting the Scottish football administrations ?

A similar report has also been provided to the Joint Administrators‟ regulatory body, the IPA.

    My guess is that either:
    1. Lord Hodge will be satisfied with what he has been told and we will here no more about it;

Following St.Mirren in European away games in the 80s was a highlight of my support for the team. To deny that to fans would rob them of ‘living the european dream’

  23. OT to some extent, although it could have national repercussions if true. I’ve had a contact from a Celtic shareholder who says has been approached by an NYC firm A J Nelson Consultants LLC to buy his shares (at a very favorable price).

Could be nonsense, but has anyone heard anything about someone looking to buy big?

  24. I read today, posibly on here, that the Falkirk directors lasted 70 mins before deciding to leave as a result of the sectarian abuse hurled in their direction from sevco supporters at the monkey house last night.
This is just another layer of what we have come to expect from these chumps over the years.
As supporters ultimately all we can do when we have had enough of the msm bias reporting, the sfa, spl, sfl, rule bending to accommodate one club is stop buying the product. No more papers and no more season tickets.
I’m becoming increasingly concerned with the silence from all clubs. What do they intend to do, if anything about the ongoing farce that is sevco. I hope they look at the big picture and realise we are not in a good place where supporters confidence is concerned.

  26. The RM transfer thread is amusing. Current discussion on the possible Celtic-mindedness or otherwise of Templeton. Quotes him saying he grew up supporting CFC … “in which case he’d better have an explanation at 12:01am”. But he loved watching Brian Laudrup, so he’s not completely evil. “And his brother’s facebook page has l0yalist pages and all sorts”.

Spot on – the investigations into the former entity will continue for a considerable period and if the MSM and the Sevco fans want to go along with CG and the rest, let them. They’ll be “duped” again.

“Should we not be focussing on rooting out the blatant corruption in our governing bodies?”

Yes, indeed; this is the only way that Scottish football will be sorted out; totally agree.

  30. I see the possible Templeton transfer still rumbles on. Daziel on SSB (I know I know) seemed to go along with the idea that playing for T’ Rangers is still a big thing.

Black, a grafting but (until a decent season last year) fairly anonymous 27 year old midfielder not being offered a new deal thus prompting acceptance of the Sevconian shilling for a few seasons – that I can understand.

However if an on form upcoming 23 and a half year old and others think the way forward, personally and for Scottish Football, is to play in Div 3 and even SPL2 over the next few seasons having just played against Liverpool then lets just pack up our bags now and choose another sport.

I believe the club rugby season kicks off tomorrow night.

PS from 8 the other day and 6 today the word on SBB was T’Rangers to sign 3 or 4 tonight.

My guess is they will still be lucky to get 1 or 2.

For me the ragers fans would cling onto any team who ended up playing in blue out of Ibrokes and rightly so ,they could be forgiven for choosing this said club to follow .
The fact they saw RTC and probably now see TSFM as an enemy is also to be understood .
If on the other hand the wish to believe that what is said in opposition to the MSM is some sort of timmy conspiracy ,then maybe I could enlighten them slightly .

Years ago I read a piece about Hugh Adam selling his shares (96,000) I believe in ragers and the guy was dismissed as a disgruntled ex employee ,well any real ragers fans on here will know that was not true and cannot now be denied ,in fact Hugh could be accused of being too optimistic as he only stated that Minty will see them in Admin .

You and I know there would always need to be a club that the ex rangers fans could claim as their own and I had hoped that any club they chose would see the descent rangers football fans take a lead role in and bring a new 21st century club back thought the leagues ,alas this is now a lost cause . The club that has appeared have IMO encouraged the worst element of the support to the fore and there is now no way back
I used to get angry about the way the MSM failed to report bad news for ragers and Minty but I then realised that if in fact the MSM HAD reported the bad news at the time then the ragers fans would have been able to challenge Minty and his running of the club and in fact without the failure of the MSM ragers will have actually SURVIVED LIQUIDATION .
Fool me once shame on you ,fool me twice shame on me

  35. Like many of you, I too have fallen foul of the weakness of venting my frustrations on Rangers/whatever you want to call them. I think this blog is better than that however. If twelve months ago you had known Rangers would be playing in SFL three this season you would have considered it a massive victory. You have set you standards very high. I would suggest that you be not so dispondant. Iceman/Brenda/Zilch, we all share your pain. That it what running uphill or swimming against the current does to you. Yet you have surmounted blind summits already and eventually the tide must turn. Keep your discipline. Those you oppose are in disarray and are clutching at many withered straws to maintain their grip. Acts of desperation are not a sign of supremacy. They are the culmination of events that are just as likely to overwhelm their perpretators as they are their supposed adversaries. I am not a supporter, just a fan. I do not have the legitimacy to ask this of you but ask it I will. Support your clubs. Support your national team. You have much to be proud of. Do not shrink from letting that pride beam out from the very core of your hearts. Perhaps devise a gesture to mark your disdain. Do not do their work for them as, like in the judgement of Solomon, they would rather see an innocent die rather than see it weened by someone other than themselves.
It was on a link site that I seen a quote from Ghandi that has inspired myself over the last few weeks as I experienced some minor personal tribulations.

    First they ignore you.
    Then they laugh at you.
Then they come to fight you.
    Then you win.

Although, as a matter of interest, The Rolls of Court show that Lord Hodge is busy all next week on a whole lot of other things, we have to remember that while all OUR focus is on the ‘saga’, there’s a whole lot of other people and companies whose law cases are having to be dealt with every day of the week!

I doubt if any judge’s diary at any given time has a free space for weeks and months ahead.

Indeed he is a man of integrity – a quality so lacking in the SFA.

But how has he managed to avoid being Lunnied by Vince for his accusations of corruption? For the avoidance of doubt I’m not advocating he should be disciplined – just curious why he’s seemingly unimpeachable.

    Re Ah Nelson.
My wife took a call from this mob last week.

The fella asked to speak to me with regard to my Celtic shares.

Mrs. 666 not being the most patient wee wummin, told him that I had died in the night, and hung up.

A minute later the bold yin phones back , asking her if she’ll be interested in selling said shares at 7 quid a pop.

She then played her hairdryer doon the phone til he hung up.

  42. Off topic….sort of….but I just flicked over to the Super Cup Final to find Chelsea are getting humped 4-0! I’m sure that the commentator said not to read too much into the scoreline. Probably true, but would he have said that if Chelsea had been 4-0 up?

Should we not be focussing on rooting out the blatant corruption in our governing bodies?

Lets suppose the SFA paid ex RFC employees through their EBT accounts and also were aware of other large sums of money passing through the same EBTs from RFC

Is this a bigger issue than thre blatant corruption we have seen this year?

It may be to the police but I doubt if the average fan would be all that excited

I’m quite sure if he was hauled up before the “snakes that slither the corridors of Hampden” (I love that phrase after reading it on here today) that any fines imposed by them would be gladly paid for by contributions from real football fans. The same football fans who sponsor players and mascots from clubs and chairmen with integrity.

    Lovely post. Thanks.

Fully agree with the sentiment re “eventually the tide must turn. Keep your discipline.” I strongly believe that this community has the power to effect change and that by focused effort it will be achieved.

Maybe I could keep Mrs Zilch from committing murder most foul if we agreed that I could take a protest banner to the next Scotand match? Will tentatively broach the subject with her Zilchiness later. 😉

Would love to hear 50,000 Tartan Army fans tell CO and SR it was time to leave!!

Apparently Templeton does not want to play in Div3, but he is at Murray Park for signing talks.

Does anyone know who is agent is?

How can Sevco afford him as I am sure he will not be collecting Div3 wages?
    Something is so wrong here.

This will be the headlines in the MSM in the morning if he signs “My Heart was always set on Rangers”, There will be no questions on how can they afford him or questions as to why he would go there.

It makes no sense at all.

I was sure his agent was Gary Mackay, but “Transfermarket” (while is usually reliable) his him managed by Base Soccer Agency.

He’s obviously at Murray / Cooper / Moses Park to sign the final details of his new EBT. 🙂

Silly laddie. He could have signed a pre contract with anyone in January.

But, (sic) come on you fellow bloggers, he can’t do it on his own – get off your butts and back the General.

  50. Bocenegra away out on loan.

If Templeton is at Murray Park and close to signing then it is definetly about time to give up on the Scottish game.

  51. Maths

    Lets do some

    CO+Oldco = EBT, CO+Oldco+Hertz = EBT, CO+Oldco+Hertz+SFA = EBT.

  52. Gary Mackay appears to work for Kick Start 2000 agency.

Same agency who look after Lee Wallace and Ian Black.

Also Gary O’connor, Craig Thomson and Gary Glen (ex Hearts)

  53. The irony of the forced sale of Templeton (and possibly McGowan) is down to Hearts urgent need to settle a tax bill, while the successors to Tax Dodgers FC walked away from theirs.

On a personal note I’m really disappointed at his lack of ambition. I’ve watched him develop through the youth ranks at Hearts since he joined from Stenhousemuir just after his 17th birthday. He has always been a really nice lad to talk too and very level headed. He has worked his socks off to get rid of the “lightweight” tag that some previous managers held against him in his late teens and early twenties.

However, he not the first player to have his ego massaged by the offer of a big wage increase, and he certainly won’t be the last.

From a Hearts point of view we do have a few top prospects in the youth ranks who will make the step up over the next couple of years so his loss may not turn out to be too bad in the medium term.

I’ve come to the opinion that when we talk about Sevco/The Rangers/Rangers/SFA/SPL/MSM we are not talking about separate bodies or institutions. I believe it is more accurate to view them as separate branches of the same body.

When an organization or company or institution is under threat it does everything it can to protect itself. Yet each of the above does everything it can to protect Rangers, twisting themselves into autofellative levels of contortion to protect Rangers or further its interests – even to the detriment of itself. Are the SFA and MSM gaining anything from their handling of the scandal? No. Do they continue on the same course regardless? Yes.

When you think of them as separate entities this does not make sense. When you think of them as different parts of the same beast it makes perfect sense. The parasite has so deeply enervated itself into the hosts (succulent lamb, Campbell Ogilvie) that they have lost the ability to function without it, making them defecto one and the same, willing – nay compelled – to do everything they can to help it survive.

They may be, under law, separate organizations. But if it looks like a bear, talks like a bear…

I clicked your link out of curiosity. Does delusional even begin to describe their thought processes?

The name in the first post on that thread is the most insane suggestion as to the identity of RTC I’ve heard yet. The person in question used to write for the Bhoyzone fanzine years ago (some Celtic fans may or may not remember it). I knew him then through my brother in law who also contributed to the same fanzine. His only connection to the world of accountancy was that he knew me and that is my profession. Utter madness to suggest that he is now RTC.

In fact I am a better candidate to be RTC being Celtic minded but having once worked for Andrew McCormack of RFFF fame. Obviously that gives me secret insider Rangers knowledge.

This suggestion is, to quote Howard Carter, “Spherical and in the plural”

  56. The truth is if RTC was of the Celtic persuasion he would have confessed long before now.

  57. As a Hearts fan it will be very very strange to watch FIVE ex-Hearts players ie Wallace, Black, Kyle and Templeton & McGowan (if they decide to sign on Ibrox) playing for The Rangers. Even more mental that they have all CHOSEN to play bottom tier football. 🙁

Charles Green might as well sell off Murray Park and pay off all the staff there – no need for a Youth Academy when Riccarton & Tynecastle are just along the M8 doing a better job.

McGowan is at Murray park or whatever it is called now. That is the strange one for me when he is reported to have knocked back TRFC saying that he was dedicated to Hearts.

What or who has forced a change of mind.

  59. The truth is, if these lads showed any skills at research you’d think they might have demonstrated it to the benefit of their own interests before now

  60. Charlie Brown @ 22:31

There is an almighty stench about Sevco’s transfer dealings
When you look at their signings, and the fact that Goian and Bocanegra have only gone on one year loan deals, it certainly appears that there is something going on
It’s a shame we dont have an MSM who will delve into it though

  61. Anyone who thinks that there is no stitch up as far as the reconstruction is concerned, should take note of the fact that Sevco have two big players out on loan and the signing of Templeton.

It is my understanding that Hearts have not agreed to the transfer of McGowan and that Ally is meeting him to try and convince him to sign.

If I was an SFA or SFL employee at whatever level I would advise battoning down the hatches after the deadline tonight ,if commandant Green and colonel McCoist dont get what they want by tonight the tanks will be out and the zombies will be on standby to create havoc over the next 12 months, every failure will be directed at these people, and hell mend them as they had the opportunity to correct so many wrongs and after yesterdays groundbreaking punishments well it is now open season for the Green army ,be afraid ,be very afraid .

    ——————————————————————————————————————————–

    FIFA,

Just catching up on the day, but who are these Zombies ? We demand to know their names ! Oh ! just remembered, Reagan & Doncaster. How could I forget ? I remember many moons ago when their positions were as “Guardians” of our National Game ! Oh ! How time’s change ?

With Bocanegra only going out on a year’s loan, Templeton’s apparent signing and another recent Sevco newboy (can’t recall the name) saying Swally told him him they would be back in the SPL in a year’s time you have to ask just what is going on.

Is McCoist telling bare-faced lies a la Charles or is there a deal definitely in place with SFA/SPL to gte them back in 12 months time ? If the latter that’s clear corruption and something this site was set up to monitor – even Enfakid wherever he is.

How should we – as a site – react to this chain of events ? As someone else here said there’s something very fishy about this. Something quite repugnant, distasteful but perhaps not surprising.

Basically everone at Tynecastle are available for transfer. Both Templeton and McGowan are out of contract at the end of this season, so in Vlad’s world he needs to make whatever he can, now. To that extent both are available for transfer today.

The word is that McGowan initially knocked back the offer, but Sally phoned him personally and asked him to come in to Murray Park for a chat. That’s where we are at the moment.

I’m still not certain that McGowan will sign. However, the two players are the best of friends, room mates on trips etc., so they may be a temptation to stick together. To counter that, McGowan’s younger brother, Dylan, is still at Hearts.
